Phosphene my love
She was a beauty
Colourful and dove
Was her entire existence
And each morning before
I dared open my eyes
She would linger in my mind.
And I would try and try
Make that vision leave by
Yet her face flickered
And tortured
My soul until I
Caught that beautiful bird
In my mind!
